1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the package terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure:
    Cancellation fee: 20% of total package cost
  • 15–29 days before departure:
    Cancellation fee: 40% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before departure:
    Cancellation fee: 60% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure / No Show:
    Cancellation fee: 100% (No refund)

3. Flight Cancellation Policy

If an airline cancels a flight, we will assist you in getting a full refund or an alternative flight as per the airline’s policy. Any airline-mandated “Full Refund” will be passed on to the customer in full.

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline rules and fare conditions.
  • In most cases, flight tickets are non-refundable or partially refundable.
  • Airline cancellation charges will be applied separately.

4. Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel bookings are subject to individual hotel policies.
  • Some hotels may be non-refundable, especially during peak seasons.

5. Visa Rejection

  • Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.
  • Travellers Deal is not responsible for visa rejection.
  • However, we will assist you with reapplication guidance where possible.

6. Refund Process & Eligibility

  • Service Provider Approval: Since TravellersDeals.com acts as an intermediary, refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the Airline, Hotel, or Tour Operator.
  • Convenience Fee: Please note that the “Service Fee” or “Convenience Fee” charged by TravellersDeals.com at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • Calculation: If a refund is approved, the amount will be the total paid minus any cancellation charges levied by the provider and our processing fee.

7. Refund Process

Processing Time: Once a cancellation is confirmed, we initiate the refund request within 48 hours.

Credit Time: It typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Original Payment Mode: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during the transaction. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.


8. Amendments / Changes

  • Changes to bookings (dates, names, hotel, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on airline, hotel, or service provider.

9. No Show Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services or no-show cases.

10. Force Majeure

Travellers Deal is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Flight cancellations
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemic or health emergencies

Refunds in such cases will depend on airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
