Ram Travel (TravellersDeals.com) is a travel intermediary. We do not own, manage, or operate any airlines, hotels, or tour services. Travellers Deal is a travel service provider offering holiday packages, flights, hotels, and related travel services. Our role is to facilitate the booking process between you (the Customer) and the Third-Party Service Providers.

  • Your contract for the actual travel service is with the Service Provider (e.g., Indigo, Marriott, etc.).
  • Their specific terms and conditions will apply to your journey or stay.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required payment. A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once you receive a confirmation email with a PNR or Booking ID from us.
  • Full payment must be made before the travel date as specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names (matching Govt. ID/Passport). Any name change requests after ticketing may incur heavy penalties from the provider.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Total Price: The price displayed at the final checkout includes all applicable taxes and our service fees. Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Additional costs such as personal expenses, meals (unless stated), travel insurance, and optional tours are not included.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in INR. Prices may vary depending on availability, travel dates, and currency fluctuations.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted via [Insert Support Email] or your user dashboard.
  • Cancellations are subject to the specific refund policies of the airline/hotel, plus a TravellersDeals.com administrative processing fee.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some promotional “Deals” are strictly non-refundable as per the supplier’s rules.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid Passports, Visas, and Health Certificates (like COVID-19 or Yellow Fever) for their destination.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of baggage.
  • Travellers Deal is not responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Visa & Immigration

  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Travellers Deal is not liable for visa rejection or delays.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.

8. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to bookings (dates, names, services) are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Travellers Deal acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Flight delays or cancellations
    • Hotel issues
    • Loss of baggage or personal belongings
    • Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events during travel

11. Force Majeure

Travellers Deal shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Political instability
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

12. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use this website for any fraudulent or speculative bookings. Any misuse of the site may lead to the immediate cancellation of your account and bookings without a refund.
